We are proud to announce that Mark Cerminaro, the chief revenue officer at RapidAdvance, has received the Commercial Finance Association’s (CFA) exclusive 40 Under 40 Award for 2016, which is specifically given to “innovators, visionaries, leaders and rising stars in an industry.” Focused on the company’s strategy and client-focused vision, Mark has had an exciting opportunity to be a part of RapidAdvance’s growth during the last decade. You can read more about the CFA here and the award program here.
Joining RapidAdvance in 2007, Mark has led in a variety of roles, including director of sales, senior vice president of sales and marketing, and his current role as chief revenue officer. When told that he had received this award, Mark said that “this honor is a good reminder that success comes when you do the right thing. For me, doing the right thing means finding ways to better service our clients.”
As part of the RapidAdvance family, Mark has spent much of his time focusing on building relationships between partners and clients, providing clarity on products and services that are offered to benefit the long-term growth of small businesses. He is also respected throughout his field, offering guidance and mentorship for his team members as they grow in their careers.
As Mark continues to benefit his clients and peers at RapidAdvance, he is also an active member of his community. He and his wife, Margaux, manage Aurora’s Lights, a nonprofit that helps raise funds for the purpose of finding a cure for cystic fibrosis. Named after their neice, who has cystic fibrosis, Mark and his wife spend their time fighting for a cure.
We are proud of Mark’s award and the work his has done with building the trust of partners and clients. With every success comes new opportunity, and we look forward to more great things from Mark.
