RapidAdvance enters canadian market to serve the growing financial needs of small business merchants
Bethesda, MD - February 6, 2008: RapidAdvance, LLC, a leading provider of merchant cash advances, is expanding its service offerings to small and mid-sized business owners in the Canadian market. RapidAdvance has partnered with Advantex Marketing International Inc. to sell and market its merchant cash advance program to Canadian business owners who need access to funds to support their growth, purchase inventory, or reduce debt.
RapidAdvance's entrance into the Canadian market comes at a time when many small to mid-sized businesses are finding it difficult to obtain credit from traditional sources. A merchant cash advance provides these businesses with the necessary working capital that they need but are unable to obtain through a bank.
"RapidAdvance's success in supporting merchants in the US has prepared us to confidently enter the Canadian market," said Jeremy Brown, President and COO of RapidAdvance. "High demand and positive customer response for our service combined with Advantex's local expertise position us to provide Canadian businesses with the same benefits that US merchants currently receive. Together, we will help small businesses grow by providing them with the funds necessary to support their business goals."
By purchasing a portion of the business' future credit card sales, RapidAdvance is able to quickly and easily fund businesses that are typically denied by traditional sources. This approach offers a fast application process with high approval rates. Once a merchant is approved, a lump sum advance is deposited into the merchant's business checking account. As each day's credit card transactions are settled, a specified percentage is applied to the remaining cash advance balance till it is repaid.
"We are very excited about our partnership with RapidAdvance and pleased to introduce this service to Canadian merchants," says Kelly E. Ambrose, President and Chief Executive Officer of Advantex. "This new service compliments our portfolio of services and provides Canadian-based businesses with new sources of easy to obtain working capital to grow. It’s a real alternative that supports the unique needs of small business owners."
